EDINBORO - Edinboro's McComb Fieldhouse has not been a friendly place in Clarion head coach Ron Righter's 20 years at the helm of the Golden Eagles.

Wednesday night was no different, as Edinboro opened up a 12-point halftime lead and cruised to a 94-68 win over the Golden Eagles in the PSAC-West match-up dropping Righter's record at McComb vs. Edinboro to 4-19.

Ricky Henderson had a double-double with 18 points, 10 rebounds to lead Clarion (10-9 overall, 2-3 PSAC-West), while Josh Yanke added 10 points and Lonnell Jones and Demetrius Graham nine each.

Edinboro had four players in double figures led by Joseph Jones' 19 points. Gerald Warrick added 18 points, Devon Knights 16 and Gil Cummings 12.

Clarion is off until next Wednesday when it hosts Slippery Rock at 8 p.m.

NOTES - Clarion High School graduate Peter Baschnagel saw playing time in the last few minutes getting two blocked shots and a steal. It was Baschnagel's first action in PSAC-West play ... Edinboro led 42-30 at the break.
