CLARION - NCAA Division III national powerhouse Juniata toppled Clarion 3-0 in non-conference women's volleyball action Tuesday evening at Clarion' Tippin Gym.

The Eagles of Juniata (20-2), who are ranked second in the country in the AVCA NCAA Division III Coaches' Poll, won by scores of 27-25, 25-20 and 25-13.

Clarion, which fell to 20-5 on the season, got seven kills and two blocks apiece from Kellie Bartman, Nicole Andrusz and Rebecca Webb. Bartman added six digs, while Rhianon Brady led the Golden Eagles with 17 digs. Alison Bolinger chipped in with eight digs, and Amanda Gough had 22 set assists.

Clarion returns to action Friday when it travels to Gannon for a PSAC-West match.
