EAGLES PLAY TO TIE WITH BORO

CLARION-- Bethany Naugle scored her first career goal to pull Clarion (4-9-1, 0-9-1 PSAC-West) to a 1-1 tie with visiting Edinboro Tuesday night.

Naugle's unassisted tally at 28:27 was the equalizer and final goal of the game.

Rachel Dahlstrand scored an unassisted goal for Edinboro at 8:20.

Jenna Kulik made seven saves including one in the second overtime to keep the score tied.

The Golden Eagles will return to action Saturday when they host Kutztown at Memorial Stadium.

NOTES- This was Clarion's first overtime game of the season... Clarion was 0-0-3 last year in overtime
