CALIFORNIA- Clarion (3-6, 0-6 PSAC-West) dropped a 2-0 decision to California Saturday afternoon.

California scored two goals just over three minutes apart to dispatch the Golen Eagles. Carley Work scored the first at 58:21 assisted by Amanda Heister and Carina Honeygosky.

Heister would add an insurance tally at 61:43 on a pass from Honeygosky setting the final.

Emily Heasley, Lindsay Thill, and Beth Ellen Dibeler registered shots for Clarion.

Jenna Kulik was in net making 13 saves.

The Golden Eagles return home Tuesday when they host Lock Haven at 6:30 p.m. at Memorial Stadium.
