EDINBORO – Despite 15 kills and a .405 hitting percentage from
Kellie Bartman, the Clarion University women's volleyball team saw its 13-game win streak come to an end with a 3-1 loss at Edinboro Friday night.
Edinboro won the first set 25-18 before Clarion rebounded to take Set Two 25-23. The Fighting Scots, however, won the last two sets by scores of 25-22 and 25-23 to take the match.
Clarion is now 13-2 overall and 6-1 in the PSAC-West. Edinboro is 12-3 overall, 5-1 in the PSAC-West.
The Golden Eagles return to action at 4 p.m. Saturday at Mercyhurst.
