LOCK HAVEN – Behind 12 kills and three blocks from
Corinne Manley and eight kills and eight digs from
Kaitlyn Anderson, the Clarion University women's volleyball team beat Lock Haven 3-1 Friday night.
The Golden Eagles took the first set 25-18 before Lock Haven came back and won the second one 16-25. Clarion then pulled out a 26-24 win in set three before taking the match with a 25-14 fourth set victory.
Clarion (9-1 overall, 2-0 PSAC Western Division) has won nine in a row. The Golden Eagles return to action Saturday when they travel to East Stroudsburg to face Shippenville and East Stroudsburg.
