Joseph Ward won the 50 free as the Golden Eagle Men's Swimming team moved up to second place as a team after the second day of the 53
rd PSAC Championships.
Held at Cumberland Valley High School, West Chester is in first place with 236 points with Clarion second at 192, Shippensburg third with 147 and Edinboro fourth with 134.5. Seven teams are participating.
In individual results, Ward led the Golden Eagle men with a first place finish in the 50 free with a time of 20.34.
Both the 200 free and 400 medley relays finished second. The 200 free team of Ward, Dunleavy, Appleby and Bojalad swam a 1:23.10, while the team of Kofmhel, Krchnak,
Joe Welch and Ward posted a time of 3:23.07.
The 53rd Men's Championship continues on Saturday and will finish on Sunday.
