HEETER NOTES – Heeter completed a remarkable season that saw the freshman, who didn't play basketball last year or have any preseason practice this year because she is also a member of the Golden Eagle volleyball team, score the fifth-most points ever by a Clarion rookie (322 points) while recording the first season double-double (13.4 ppg, 11.8 rpg) by a Clarion freshman in 26 years (Cheryl Bansek 1986) and the first season double-double by any Golden Eagle since 2004. She had two 20-20s on the year, only the second player in school history to have two 20-20s in a season. She also set the school record for games with 15 or more rebounds with eight while having double-digit rebounds eight times (including two 20-rebound games) and 20 or more points five times. Her 11.8 rebounds per game are the fifth most in a season in school history, and her 32 blocks are the 12
th most in a season by a Golden Eagle. In 14 games vs. PSAC West opponents, Heeter averaged 16.8 points and 14.3 rebounds per game while shooting 62.3 percent and recording 12 double-doubles. Her 13 double-doubles are the most by a Golden Eagle since Heather Cigich had 21 in 2004 and ties Cigich for the most by a Clarion freshman in at least 20 years.
