GREENSBURG, Pa. - The Clarion Golden Eagles women's soccer club fell 3-0 at Dicks Sporting Goods Field against host Seton Hill late Wednesday afternoon dropping their record to 1-2.
The Golden Eagles finished with only two shots in the game, both by
Anna Chamberlin.
Laura Saussol gave up the 2 Goals on 11 saves, but was replaced late by head coach
Sean Esterhuizen in favor of sophomore
Taylor Donia. Donia gave up a goal in her only shot faced.

Breanna Novosel scored the first goal of the afternoon for Seton Hill in the 26
th minute of the game. Megan Warmen set her up sending the ball through to find Novosel's foot. Seton Hill had many chances before Warmen put the ball in the back of the net for a second Griffin Goal in the 76
th minute. In the final stages of the game the Seton Hill Griffins grabbed one final goal by Alex McIntosh in the 87
th minute putting all hope of a Golden Eagle comeback in the bag.
The Golden Eagles are back home this Saturday for an early afternoon kickoff against the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown Mountain Cats. Kickoff is set for 1pm at Memorial Stadium.
