CLARION SOCCER LOSES 1-0 AT BLOOMSBURG IN SEASON FINALE (Bloomsburg, Pa.): The Clarion Women's Soccer team closed out its 2015 campaign with a tough 1-0 loss at Bloomsburg on Saturday afternoon at Steph Pettit Stadium.
With the loss Clarion closes a competitive season with a 5-12-1 overall record and a 4-11-1 mark in the PSAC. Bloomsburg finished 11-6-1 and 9-6-1 in the PSAC.
Bloomsburg scored the only goal of the game when Hailey Vonasek scored on a header at 32:45.

Marina Kelly had 3 shots, including 2 on goal to lead the Golden Eagles, while
Veronika Noyszewski, Erin Rodgers and Lynae Delacour also had shots on goal for the Eagles.

Krista Mosi made 10 saves in the game.
Clarion's final record of 5-12-1 is the best for the women's soccer team since the 2007 squad was 5-11-3, and the 4-11-1 PSAC mark is the best since 2010 when Clarion was 4-7-3.
