PITTSBURGH, Pa. - The Clarion University women's swimming and diving team was defeated by Carnegie Mellon 194-101 Saturday afternoon. The Golden Eagles move to 3-2 on the season.
Leading the way for the Blue and Gold Saturday was sophomore
Alexis Lopez, who managed a first-place finish in the 200-yard IM with a time of 2:13.06. Lopez also finished second in the 50-free, and helped lead the 200-yard freestyle relay team to a first-place finish with a split time of 25.62.

Emma Kehn took care of business in the diving portion, finishing 1-2 in both the one and three-meter dives for the Eagles. The Blue and Gold return to action December 2nd when they head to Akron for the Zippy Invitational.
