CLARION, Pa. - The Clarion women's swimming and diving team emerged victorious over IUP on Senior Day at Tippin Natatorium Saturday afternoon, knocking off the Crimson Hawks by a final score of 172-120. The Blue and Gold will return to action starting January 4th when they head down to Fort Lauderdale for their annual training trip.
Four women were honored prior to Saturday's events, with Breanne Kothe,
Kait Nedrow, Caleigh Purcell, and
Katie Querciagrossa all being thanked for their services to the CU swimming and diving program over the last four years.

Querciagrossa and
Summer Dacheux we're able to snag first and second overall in the 100 yard backstroke, while
Katie Gore took first place in the 100 yard breaststroke.
Alexis Lopez also added a first-place finish in the 50-yard freestyle.
On the diving side, the Golden Eagles dominated, with the Blue and Gold sweeping both the one and three-meter dives. Christiana Sather,
Emma Kehn, and
Amanda O'Kane combined to win all six places in the pair of events.
