SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The Clarion men's swimming team battled all night, but fell on the road Friday night, 110-83. The Golden Eagles will be back in action on November 9
th, when they head to Bloomsburg for a dual meet.

The Golden Eagles picked up a win in the 200 Free, as junior
Joseph Folz raced to a 1:46.20 finish.
Josh Thruston would be the next Clarion swimmer to claim a win on the night, taking the title in the 50 Free with a time of 21.81 and nine team points.Â
Thruston would follow up his first win with another victory in the 100 Free, finishing with a time of 47.56. Â Freshman
Emmett Matthews and sophomore
Hayden Shertzer finished one and two in the 200 Breaststroke picking up 13 total team points.

The 200 Free Relay team of Folz,
Jacob Yant,
Tate Swanson and Thruston finished the night with a victory pacing the field with a 1:27.79 finish.
