RESULTS:

BLOOMSBURG, Pa – Clarion men's swimming dropped a dual meet on the road at Bloomsburg University Friday evening, falling 145-58.
 
Joseph Folz paced the Clarion swimmers on Friday, winning the 200 yard Freestyle and the 100 yard Free.
 
Folz took home the top spot in the 200 yard Free with a PSAC – qualifying time of 1:45.32, just under 4 seconds ahead the 2^nd place finisher. A short while later he swam again, this time winning the 100 yard Free with a PSAC – qualifying time of 47.89.
 
Teammate Josh Thruston helped the cause, placing second in the 200 Back and third in both the 50 Free. Thruston finished with a PSAC – qualifying time of 2:17.52 in the 200 Back and a time of 22.10 in the 50 Free.
 
Emmett Matthews took home a second place finish in the 400 IM with a final time of 4:30.87.
 
In the final event of the evening, the 400 yard Freestyle Relay Team of Folz, Jacob Yant, Tate Swanson and Thruston grabbed a second place finish with a time of 3:17.53, good enough for 4 team points.
 
Up next for the Clarion swimmers is a trip to Akron, OH for the Zippy Invitational hosted by Akron University, starting on November 30^th.
