GREENSBURG, Pa. – The Clarion women's tennis team fell to Seton Hill on Sunday, dropping a 9-0 decision to the Griffins on the road. The Golden Eagles (4-7, 0-2 PSAC West) will resume action on Wednesday against Edinboro.

The Griffins opened the night with three wins in doubles action. The No. 1 doubles team of
Alivia Arnold and
Maria Snyder dropped an 8-2 decision, as did the No. 3 pairing of
Michelle Petrilla and
Hailey Germanoski.

In singles play, the best match of the night came in the No. 5 singles match between Petrilla and Anna Salazar. Petrilla played Salazar tight in the first set before ultimately dropping it 7-5. Salazar then went on to win the second set 6-2. Germanoski also played a tight match, dropping the No. 6 singles match 6-4, 6-3 to Kaitlyn Walch.
