Nick Fugh singled up the middle ending the perfect game and breaking up the no-hitter. Millersville starter Cordell Shannon tossed a gem, going a complete seven innings with eight K's and just one hit on the night.
The game would remain scoreless until the fifth inning when Millersville tallied 5 runs, chasing Torbich from the ballgame. The Maruaders would add four more runs over the next two innings to seal the deal and the victory.
