MEADVILLE, Pa. --- The Golden Eagle women's swimming & diving team notched a dual win on the road on Saturday afternoon, cruising to a 187-43 victory over Allegheny.

It was nearly a clean sweep for Clarion on Saturday, as the Golden Eagles took first place in all but one event contested at Mellon Pool. That included both relays, as the 200 Medley and 200 Free Relays bookended the day with wins. In the former, the quartet of
Stella Chierico,
Jocelyn Buchheit,
Emma Dorsey and
Hannah Greenway edged out the Gators' top unit, beating them by less than a half-second with a time of 1:52.40. In the case of the 200 Free Relay,
Madelynn McTeer,
Jordan Kutchak,
Ava Rosely and Greenway beat Allegheny's top relay team by more than two full seconds, finishing in a time of 1:42.74.

Michaela Hinkson and
Maddy Murphy went 1-2 in the first solo event of the day, taking the top two spots in the 1000 Free with times of 11:25.55 and 11:47.23 respectively. The Golden Eagles then claimed the top three spots in each of the next three swimming events, stacking up points and putting the day's overall results out of question.
Joslyn Jurski,
Erika Zimmerman and
Jordan Kutchak were the leaders in the 200 Free, with Jurski's time of 1:58.29 one of the fastest in the PSAC to date.

Greenway led the pack in the 50 Free, followed closely by McTeer and Rosely. Greenway and McTeer both cracked the PSAC qualifying barrier in the event, with Greenway posting a time of 24.77 and McTeer a 25.56. Junior
Maria Wold just missed out on that in the 400 IM, winning with a time of 4:59.90, while
Mandy Dial and
Corina Paszek took second and third respectively.

In the 100 Fly,
Emma Dorsey paced the field with a time of 1:01.85, while
Haley Miller scored the win in the 100 Free with time of 56.08 that also qualified her for the PSAC Championships. Chierico hit a PSAC-qualifying mark in the 100 Back with a winning time of 1:02.36, and Jurski scored the Golden Eagles' last individual win of the day with a conference-qualifying 5:27.73 in the 500 Free.

In the diving events,
Anna Vogt was the Golden Eagles' winner in the 1-Meter Dive, finishing with a score of 255.68. That represented her second qualifying score for the NCAA Championships, locking up her spot at the pre-qualification meet in March. T
Victoria Watkins was second with a mark of 227.70, and
Liz Brand took third with a 210.68. Watkins was the winner in the 3-Meter Dive with a score of 237.75, followed by Vogt (233.03) and Brand (211.13).
