CLEVELAND, Ohio --- The Mid-American Conference (MAC) announced today that Will Feldkamp has been named the conference's Wrestler of the Week for Nov. 9, after the 184-pounder swept through his bracket at the Clarion Open in dominant fashion. 
 
Feldkamp (4-0) started his day in Tippin Gym with a win by major decision, defeating Kent State's Mike Caniglia by an 11-2 score in the opening round. He followed that up with three straight wins by fall over competitors from Pittsburgh. He pinned James Lledo at the 4:16 mark of the quarterfinal bout and followed that up with a win by fall over Nick Meglino at the 1:01 mark of their semifinal match. Feldkamp closed his day with a win by fall over nationally-ranked Reece Heller at the 1:41 mark of the championship match, completing the proverbial hat trick. Heller is currently ranked 24^th in the nation according to Intermat.
 
Since joining the Golden Eagles' roster at the start of the 2021-22 season, Feldkamp has recorded 12 wins by fall and is 24-6 overall. He was the conference's top-seeded wrestler at 197 pounds before moving to 184 pounds this year.
