YORK, Pa. – The Golden Eagle women's swimming & diving team wrapped up their week at the 2022 PSAC Championships on Saturday, with Clarion settling into fourth place after a hard-fought battle throughout the week. Clarion finished with 753.5 team points, putting them behind only West Chester, IUP and Bloomsburg in the 12-team field.

Freshman
Tidawee Srun was the top finisher for the Golden Eagles on the final day at the Graham Aquatic Center, placing sixth in the 200 Breaststroke in her first-ever conference championship appearance. Srun shaved more than a second from her prelim time in the morning, touching the wall in 2:23.46 to lead the way for Clarion. Four other Golden Eagles scored in the event as well, with
Candice Chalus and
Ava Rosely tacking on points in the "B" heat and
Sydney Davidson and
Kennedy Bass scoring in the "C" heat.

Maddy Murphy,
Sarah Murray and Kaitlyn Henninge got things started for Clarion in the 1650 Free, with the distance swimmers opening the scoring for the Golden Eagles. Murphy was the top finisher for Clarion in the event, taking 19
th with a time of 18:32.08. Murray was just three seconds and one place behind her, at 18:35.44, while Henninge took 24
th.

Hannah Greenway finished off her last individual event at their first conference championship experience, scoring in the 100 Free. Greenway added 12 points from the "B" heat with a time of 54.30, leading the group of three Golden Eagles – including
Jordan Kutchak and
Corina Paszek – that scored in the event.

Conversely, senior Steph Setar was the top finisher for the Golden Eagle women in the 200 Back. The veteran took 16
th in the event. The 400 Free Relay Team finished things off, with Kutchak, Rosely, Paszek and Greenway taking sixth place with a time of 3:35.90.
