NORTH EAST, Pa. – The Golden Eagle men's golf team finished up their first day at the Mercyhurst Invitational on Friday. Clarion ranked seventh in the field after 18 holes of action, carding a team score of 324 in the opening round. Action will resume tomorrow.

Will Meyer and
Ryan Robinson are just two strokes behind, carding rounds of 82 to rank second on the team.
Creighton Carter was the next man on the score card, shooting an 84, rounding out the scorecard for the Blue and Gold.Â
