LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) announced their softball postseason award winners today. Clarion's Makenzie Wolfe earned First Team All-PSAC West honors in the outfield after the best season of her college career.
 
Wolfe hit .353 with a .958 OPS this season, including team-highs in doubles (11) and home runs (4). She ranked second on the team in RBIs with 17 runs driven in. A consistent threat in the middle of the lineup, Wolfe's .412 on-base percentage ranked best among all regulars in the Golden Eagle lineup, and her 65 total bases on the year led the team.
 
Her numbers stacked up with some of the best for a single-season in program history. Wolfe's 42 hits and 11 doubles in 2022 both ranked second for a single-season in program history, and her 65 total bases ranked fourth for a season. She also cemented herself in the record books for a career as well, finishing first all-time in runs scored (64) and on-base percentage (.405), second all-time in hits (114), doubles (27) and walks (43), third in batting average (.331), and in the top-10 all-time in home runs and RBIs.
