CALIFORNIA, Pa. --- The Golden Eagle women's swimming & diving team split against their opponents at the PennWest Duals on Saturday afternoon, topping California (Pa.) 136-69 but falling to Edinboro 117-88 in California.

Hannah Greenway was the first Golden Eagle individual to win an event on Saturday, pacing the field in the 50 Free. The sophomore sprinter touched the wall in 24.65, topping the Vulcans' Gabby Miller by 0.16 seconds for the finish.

The other win of the day for the Golden Eagles came in the 200 Free Relay, with the foursome of
Haley Miller,
Joslyn Jurski,
Jordan Kutchak and Greenway leading the way against the loaded field. They finished up with a time of 1:41.72, just under a half-second ahead of Edinboro's top relay team.

The 200 Medley Relay team took second place in the first event of the day, coming up less than a quarter-second behind Edinboro but coming in well ahead of the Vulcan squad that finished third. Jurski added a second-place finish in the 1000 Free, touching the wall in 11:12.74, and Clarion boasted three of the top five finishers in the 200 IM. Leading the way for the Golden Eagles there was
Maria Wold, who placed second with a time of 2:17.60.

Madelynn McTeer and Miller were the team's top finishers in the 100 Free, with McTeer taking second in a time of 55.84, while
Stella Chierico was second in the 100 back with a mark of 1:01.54. Jurski excelled in the other long freestyle race of the day, placing second with a time of 5:23.66.
