LOCK HAVEN, Pa. --- The Golden Eagle volleyball team added another weekly award to their mantle on Monday, as
London Fuller was named the PSAC West Athlete of the Week for Oct. 16. It is the sixth time this year a Clarion player has won a conference weekly award this year;
Cassidy Snider has won Athlete of the Week honors three times this year, while Julia PIccolino and
Charlie Allison have earned Defensive Athlete of the Week nods.

Fuller directed the Golden Eagles to another pair of match wins over the weekend, helping Clarion improve to 8-0 in PSAC West action with a sweep over California (Pa.) and a four-set win over Seton Hill. The senior setter averaged 11.86 assists per set over the weekend, spreading the ball evenly over a number of attackers to keep opponents off-balance. Snider was the main beneficiary, hitting .385 with 5.43 kills per set, but Piccolino and Allison also averaged more than 2.50 kills per set. Fuller also logged 17 digs for 2.43 digs per set and contributed three blocks.

Through last week's matches, Fuller ranks sixth in the nation in assists with an average of 11.35 assists per set. The Golden Eagles rank third in the Atlantic Region in kills per set (13.67) and sixth with a .232 attack percentage.
