Men's Golf Takes Ninth at PSAC Championships

LEBANON, Pa. --- The Golden Eagle men's golf team wrapped up the final day of competition at the 2023 PSAC Champion, with Clarion finishing the tournament in ninth place overall. The team finished the final day with their third straight round carding a team score of 326. The Golden Eagles finished with a team score of 978.
 
Will Meyer had an outstanding final day, shooting a 74 for his lowest score of the year. The senior's day was highlighted by an eagle on hole three, a par five. He also was able to card four other birdies throughout the day. On the back nine, he shot one under par, including shooting par or better on the final seven holes. Meyer finished as the highest Golden Eagle shooting a three-day score of 240 to place 22nd in the individual standings.
 
Ryan Robinson finished his final trip to the PSAC Championship shooting an 84 on day three. Over the three days, he had an individual score of 241 placing him tied for 25th on the PSAC leaderboard.  

Brennan Karalfa finished with his best score of the competition with an 80, improving by one stroke each day. On the back nine, he shot two birdies on 13 & 17. He finished with an individual score of 243 putting him 31st on the leaderboard.
