How to Watch
Beginning this year, the NCAA is requiring all schools to stream postseason competitions behind a paywall; as such, there is no option available for a free video broadcast of this weekend's matches. Fans will be able to access the match via the PSAC Sports Digital Network – available as a free app download for iOS / Android or your preferred streaming device, such as Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV and Android TV – or by going to the NCAA Championships Pass Page.

Quarterfinal Match Preview
Thursday's match will be a meeting of conference runners-up, as the third-seeded Golden Eagles – finalists in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Tournament for the third straight season – take on the sixth-seeded Yellow Jackets of West Virginia State, themselves a finalist in the Mountain East Conference (MEC). While most of the other competitors in the region's top-eight are likely more familiar to Clarion volleyball fans, this match-up is a relatively rare occurrence, with Golden Eagles and Yellow Jackets not meeting each other on the court since 2009.

Both sides will feature their fair share of firepower, including a trio of consensus All-Region selections. For West Virginia State, senior middle Diamond'Nique Young earned D2CCA and AVCA All-Region honors after leading the Yellow Jackets in most offensive categories, including kills (3.61) and points (4.11) per set. Defensively she led the team with 0.95 blocks per set.

Clarion, on the other hand, boasts a pair of All-Region honorees, including this year's consensus Atlantic Region Player of the Year in Cassidy Snider, as well as last year's Atlantic Region Player of the Year London Fuller. Those two in particular have combined to make the Golden Eagle offense especially dangerous, with Clarion tying for second in the region in kills per set.
