Hayden Siegel had the best round of the day for the Golden Eagles, cutting two strokes off his score from Monday to post a 79. His back nine was the best nine holes of any Golden Eagle as well, with Siegel shooting just one-over on the back for a 36. Just one stroke behind Siegel was Teagan Gray, who also had a strong back nine. Gray finished with an 80 for the round, making birdie on the par-five 11th and the par-four 13th for a 38 on the back nine. That represented an eight-stroke improvement from his first round and gave him a two-round score of 168 (88-80).  Bradley Kugler carded an 82 on Tuesday – a seven-stroke improvement for him – for a  two-day score of 171 (89-82), and Devon Lauer rounded out Clarion's scoring in the second round with an 85.
