GROVE CITY, Pa. --- The Golden Eagles men's golf team continued a week full of action with a strong result on Thursday afternoon, taking third place at the Grove City Fall Invitational at Grove City Country Club. Clarion posted a team score of 312 over the course of 18 holes, just one stroke behind second-place Geneva and tied with Saint Vincent.

Bradley Kugler was the top finisher for the Golden Eagles, tying for fourth in the field with a score of 75 that was just three over par. The freshman was consistent over the front nine, shooting a one-over 37 with just one bogey. He added two birdies on the back nine, making four on the par-four 12
th hole and a four on the par-five 16
th hole.

Also finishing in the top-10 for Clarion was
Brennan Karalfa, who competed as an individnal and shot a 76. He was equal on the front and back nines, recording one total birdie on the day for a score. That came on the par-five 18
th hole, wrapping his day.
JP Tusai also competed individually, shooting a 77 that included a birdie on the par-four sixth hole.

Teagan Gray matched Tusai with a score of 77, with the veteran Golden Eagle carding a 36 on the front nine thanks to four birdies. Gray shot under par on three straight holes, making birdie on the par-three fifth hole, the par-four sixth and the par-five seventh. He tied for 15
th in the field with Tusai.
Devon Lauer shot a 79, posting a 38 on the front nine.
Chase Smith closed out the scoring for the Golden Eagles, shooting an 81 that included one birdie apiece on the front and back nines.
Hayden Siegel was one stroke behind him, shooting an 82 that also included two birdies.
