Match Preview vs Bloomsburg

Bloomsburg currently sits at 0-6 on the season and is also searching for their first win of the season. The Huskies have lost all of their dual meets so far this season by double figures with the most recent matchup against BIG-10 opponent Wisconsin 37-9.

Ethan Wiant fresh off a gritty 2-1 decision over Cal Baptist's Eli Shereen that was decided by riding time. He will likely wrestle Bloomsburg's Mason Rebuck who is coming off a victory over Wisconsin's Niccolo Colucci where he was able to turn the Badger and pin him in the second period. Wiant currently sits at 6-5 on the year and 1-2 in dual meets.

Scott Johnson is coming off a big weekend where he went 1-1 on the weekend dominating Cal Baptist's Hunter Leake in a 12-2 major decision. In his match against 2024 All-American Dylan Shawver, Johnson gave him everything that he could handle for the first six minutes before he succumbed to a 15-7 major decision. His potential opponent Major Lewis sits at 1-5 on the year in dual meets with him earning a 1-0 decision over Long Island's Anthony Mirando.
