LOCK HAVEN, Pa. --- The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference announced their weekly swimming awards for November 18, with the Clarion Golden Eagles sweeping both the men's and women's awards.
Elli Knausz was named the PSAC Women's Swimming Athlete of the Week, while
Jacob Rider earned PSAC Men's Swimming Athlete of the Week honors.

Knausz continued the strong start to her collegiate career on Friday, winning a pair of individual events as the Golden Eagles beat Bloomsburg handily by a 147-95 margin at home. Knausz won the 400 IM with a time of 4:40.44, putting her ahead of the Huskies' Grace McBlain. She later won a tight race in the 200 Breast, touching the wall in a time of 2:29.81.

Rider was part of a winning relay and also recorded a win in an individual event on Friday as the Golden Eagles edged out Bloomsburg 129-112 in a home dual. Rider was part of the winning 400 Medley Relay team against the Huskies, with Clarion touching the wall in a time of 3:35.33, and he then took the win in the 200 Back with a time of 1:54.18.
