LOCK HAVEN, Pa. --- The Golden Eagles swimming & diving teams swept the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference weekly swimming awards on Tuesday, with
Dominic Cortopassi earning PSAC Men's Swimming Athlete of the Week and
Joslyn Jurski taking PSAC Women's Swimming Athlete of the Week honors for Dec. 9. Both Cortopassi and Jurski are coming off outstanding performances at the Zippy Invite, hosted by Akron.

Cortopassi racked up four NCAA B cuts over the weekend at the Zippy Invite at Akron, breaking two school records in the process. The senior was a force in the breaststroke events, hitting NCAA B cuts and breaking program records in both the 100 Breast (54.78) and the 200 Breast (1:59.62), with the latter of those marks breaking a 10-year-old school record by three seconds. He also hit NCAA B cuts in the 200 Free (1:38.85) and the 100 Fly (47.99).

Jurski hit an NCAA B cut in the 500 Free and came close to notching another at the Zippy Invite hosted by Akron last week, hitting the standard in the 500 Free. The senior took 12th in the 500 Free with a time of 5:03.47, putting her past the standard for the event, and she later placed eighth in the loaded Division I field in the 1650 Free with a time of 17:36.67.
