INDIANAPOLIS --- The Golden Eagles swimming & diving team qualified all 10 divers for the NCAA Division II Swimming & Diving Championships on Tuesday, completing a clean sweep of participants before the true start of the national meet.

The first events of the day were the Women's 1-Meter and the Men's 3-Meter Dives, with the women in particular having an outstanding showing and clinching their spots in the championships. Clarion had the top four finishers in the former, with
Alexa Gonczi (265.75),
Luna Castellanos (255.25),
Colleen Hudson (234.30) and
Taelyn Thomas (231.30) taking the top four spots in the event.
Katie Madigan was not far behind that grouping, taking eighth with a score of 222.30.

In the Men's 3-Meter Dive,
Zakary Kennedy (270.75),
Corwin Lindeman (267.70) and
Jack Beattie (267.50) went 6-7-8.
Michael Flamm took 11
th in that event with a 259.95 while
Ethan Coronado placed 17
th with a score of 238.50.

The Golden Eagle women put on a similar show in the 3-Meter Dive as well, once again taking the top four spots in the event. Hudson (268.70), Gonczi (264.00), Castellanos (255.75) and Madigan (251.05) locked in the top four spots while Thomas placed 10
th with a score of 230.15.

In the Men's 1-Meter Dive, Kennedy and Coronado took third and fourth with scores of 304.00 and 294.15 respectively. Lindeman placed seventh with a score of 277.75, while Beattie placed ninth with a 258.80. Flamm rounded out that group with a score of 249.90.
