BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Abby Stitzer made the podium in the 800m in her first appearance at the conference meet, highlighting the second day of the 2025 PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championships for the Golden Eagles. 

 

Competing in her first-ever conference championship race, Stitzer posted a time consistent with where she had been for most of the 2024-25 indoor season. She crossed the line in a time of 2:20.94, less than a full second behind her season-best time of 2:20.07. That put Stitzer just 0.62 seconds behind sixth-place Claire Hauser of Lock Haven, and less than two seconds out of second place. 

 

Also competing for the Golden Eagles on Sunday was Maddison Ho, who also made her first career appearance in the conference championships in the Shot Put. Ho tossed the implement a distance of 11.29m, putting her in 15th place in the field. 

 

Clarion finished 14th as a team in the final standings, with three team points.
