KUTZTOWN, Pa. --- The field at the 2025 PSAC Championship tightened in the second round on Saturday, as the Golden Eagles women's golf team found themselves in sixth place after 36 holes at Berkleigh Country Club. Clarion shot a team score of 340 on Saturday, dropping them one place on the leaderboard overall with a two-round score of 687.

Eighteen holes remain, with the Golden Eagles just two strokes behind Bloomsburg for fifth.

Hailee Liptak climbed up the leaderboard with the best round of the day for the Golden Eagles, shooting an 83 on Saturday. She logged two birdies in her round, making her second shot on the par three third hole and then carding a three on the par four 11
th. That moved her into 18
th place in the field.
Kennady Norton dropped from her third-place spot on the total leaderboard but was still inside the top-15, recording an 87 on Saturday. She also had two birdies, coming in under par on the eighth and 14
th holes.

The second-best round of the day for Clarion came courtesy of
Hannah Smith, who was one stroke behind Liptak with an 84.
McKayla Kerle bounced back from the first round with a nine-stroke improvement, carding an 86 on Saturday. She made birdie to close out the front nine, scoring a three on the par four ninth hole.
