SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. --- The Golden Eagles track & field team competed in their final meet before the 2025 PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on Friday, taking part in the SRU Last Chance hosted by Slippery Rock.

The best performance of the day in the field came courtesy of
Madison Foringer. The junior thrower competed in the Hammer Throw, taking fifth place with a toss of 46.18m. That also represented the second best throw of her collegiate career, just behind her PR and school record of 46.92m set at the John Papa Invitational two weeks before.

Meanwhile, the best finish in terms of placement for any Golden Eagle came in the 1500m run. Jessica Shelderfer took second in the field with a time of 5:11.30.

Raegan Stader came close to hitting qualifying marks in a pair of sprint events, most notably the 100m. She took ninth in the field with a 12.84, her best time of the season in the event. Likewise,
Ciara DiMauro hit a new PR in the 400m, completing the lap around the track in a time of 1:03.31. That represented an improvement of four-tenths of a second over her previous PR set last year in her outdoor debut.

Elsewhere in the sprints, the 4x100m Relay team of
Isabelle Snyder,
Ciara DiMauro,
Hannah Redwood and
Raegan Stader took second in the field with a time of 51.49.
