CLARION, Pa. --- College Sports Communicators announced their 2025 Academic All-District Women's At Large team on Tuesday afternoon.
Hailee Liptak and
Hannah Smith of the Golden Eagles women's golf team earned Academic All-District honors, with Liptak making the team for the second straight year and Smith making the team in her first year of eligibility.

To qualify for At Large Academic All-District honors in women's golf, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore both athletically and academically, must maintain at least a 3.50 grade point average, and must have competed in at least 70 percent of team scoring events during the season or have been part of the team's conference championship lineup.

Liptak (3.97 undergrad / 4.00 graduate - Finance) averaged a round score of 91.3 over the course of the 2024-25 season, ranking fourth on the Golden Eagles. Her best individual finish of the season came at the Millersville Spring Invitational, when she tied for sixth with a score of 84 that was just three strokes back of the lead.

Smith (3.87 – Communication Science Disorders) was the top golfer for the Golden Eagles this past season, recording a team-best average round score of 88.7. She recorded three top-10 finishes over the course of the year, including a season-best third place finish at the Thiel Fall Invitational. Clarion won that tournament, with Smith shooting an 84.
