EVANSVILLE, Ind. --- The divers of the Golden Eagles men's swimming & diving team concluded their week at the 2026 NCAA Division II Swimming & Diving Championships, with four Clarion athletes earning All-America Honorable Mention honors in the Men's 3-Meter event.

Zakary Kennedy won the afternoon's consolation final with a score of 539.50, putting him at ninth place overall in the event. The sophomore successfully executed a Back 2 ½ Somersault Pike in his second dive of the consolation final, earning him 66.00 points. That was the highest scoring single dive for a Golden Eagle in the consolation final.

Second on the team and in the consolation final was
Zach Schering, who closed his Clarion career with a 10
th place overall finish. Schering posted a score of 523.85, including a Reverse 2 ½ Somersault Pike worth 63.00. His final collegiate dive was a Back 1 ½ Somersault 2 ½ Twist Free, good for 60.20 points.

Ethan Coronado placed third in the consolation final and 11
th overall with a score of 507.65., including his own Reverse 2 ½ Somersault Tuck that garnered 58.80 points.
Michael Flamm rounded things out by finishing fourth in the consolation final and 12
th overall with a score of 487.10. His highest scoring dive was his second to last, a Forward 2 ½ Somersault 1 Twist Pike for 58.50 points.
