DANVILLE, Pa. --- The Golden Eagles men's golf team finished their weekend at the Collegiate Officials Challenge on Sunday, taking sixth place in the field for the tournament. Clarion posted a team score of 320 on their second day at Frosty Valley Resort, giving them a two-round score of 635 (315-320).
 
Brady Houser had the best day of any Golden Eagle to take the course in Danville on Sunday, shooting a 77 in the round and tying for 15^th in the field for the tournament. Houser had just one birdie on the round but otherwise avoided big numbers the rest of the way, particularly on the back nine where he shot a 38.
 
Devon Lauer was just one stroke behind Houser on Sunday, posting a score of 78 and tying for 19^th overall in the field for the tournament. Lauer posted two birdies, including the only birdie for any Golden Eagle on the back nine, making a two on the par three No. 12 hole.
 
Kameron Kerle posted an 82 on Sunday to tie for 21^st in the field for the tournament, while Ethan Crooks added an 83 to round out the team's scoring entry on Sunday. Crooks recorded an early birdie, making a three on the par four No. 2 hole. Jase Renwick finished the day with an 85.
