2019-20: Redshirted... compiled a 5-4 record unattached... recorded back-to-back falls on a 3-2 day at the Findlay Open (11/16)... pinned Maryland's PJ Truntich at the Edinboro Open (2/1).

High School: Helped Emerson to 2016 state championship, as well as sectional championships in 2016 and 2018... two-time state placewinner, including second- and sixth-place finishes... four-time district champion... three-time county champion... regional champion... finished with a 154-13 career record and 92 career pins... graduated as the program's all-time wins leader.

Personal: Full name is Luke Joseph Mazzeo... brother of teammate Logan Mazzeo... Criminal Justice major that is also studying Sociology... son of Joseph and Christine Mazzeo... father Joe finished high school career with fourth-most wins (at the time) in New Jersey state history... has another brother, Louden.
