Fall 2021: Played a major component in the lineup, playing in 75 sets over 23 matches - including 20 starts... averaged 1.01 kills per set on the season... ranked fifth on the team with an average of 0.68 blocks per set... notched six kills against Adelphi (9/3)... added seven kills and hit .778 against Northwood (9/10)... had five blocks against Saginaw Valley State (9/4)... added another five blocks against IUP (11/12).

Spring 2021: Played in nine matches and 30 sets... made five starts... averaged 1.07 kills per set... made her collegiate debut with three kills against Slippery Rock (3/13)... added five kills in the second half of that doubleheader (3/13)... season-high seven kills and a .400 attack percentage against Mercyhurst (3/31)... recorded six kills and hit .385 against IUP (4/7).

High School: Helped team to a 2016 WPIAL championship... West Allegheny went 12-3 in her senior season... four-time WPIAL AAA Section All-Star... played for 2018 KRVA High Performance Team at the USA Volleyball Championships.... graduated with high honors.

Personal: Full name is Anne Marie Koester... daughter of Bob and Michelle Koester... Marketing major... father Bob played basketball at Xavier from 1986-90, appearing in 95 games... has a brother, Andrew, and a sister, Allison...  brother Andrew plays football at Slippery Rock from 2017 to present... sister Allison plays volleyball at Division I Fairleigh Dickinson from 2017 to present.
