Biography
2024-25
- Competed in multiple events at the PSAC Championships, gaining team points with a 10th-place finish in the 100m Free with a time of 46.03.
- Won the 400 IM with a time of 4:24.23 at the PennWest Duals.
- Had the highest finish of 10th at the Zippy Invitational in the 200m Fly.
2023-24
- Did not compete during the season Â
2022-23
- Enjoyed the best season of his collegiate career, in particular during the conference championships
- Part of the 800 Free Relay team that won the conference championship at the 2023 PSAC Championships (2/15)
- Placed third in the conference in the 200 Fly with a time of 1:50.01, part of a trio of Golden Eagles to take the top three spots in the event (2/16)
- Started his year with wins in the 500 Free and the 200 Fly at the Clarion Fall Classic (10/15)
- won the 100 Free and the 200 IM at the PennWest Tri Meet (1/21)
2021-22: Made his collegiate debut at the Clarion Fall Invite, including a win in the 200 IM with a time of 2:04.29 (10/16)... helped the Golden Eagles to a dual win over Bloomsburg, with third-place finishes in the 200 Back and 200 IM (11/12)... hit five personal bests at the Zippy Invite (12/3-5)... won the 200 Free in Clarion's dual win over IUP (12/11).... took second in the 100 Back at the John A. Pidgeon Memorial Invitational (1/22)... posted two top-eight finishes at the PSAC Championships, placing seventh in the 200 Fly and eighth in the 200 IM (2/16-19)... scored 41 total points at the conference championship meet.
High School: Earned All-OCC, all-state and All-American honors.
Personal: Business Management major... son of Scott and Autumn Irwin... has a sister, Madison.
