2023-24
- Helped the Golden Eagles earn a first place finish in the 400 Medley at the PSAC Conference Championships with a time of 3:16.74
- Scored 28.5 individual team points with fifth place result in the 50 Free, and a tenth place finish in the 100 Free
- First place finish in the 100 Free to help Clarion win the dual meet vs IUP and Frostburg State
- First and second finishes in a dual win over Allegheny
2022-23
- Opened his season at the Clarion Fall Classic, placing fourth in the 200 Fly with a time of 2:08.10 (10/15)
- Helped Clarion to a dual win over Allegheny with a victory in the 50 Free (10/29)
- Took second in the 50 Free at the PennWest Tri Meet, with a time of 22:07 (1/21)
- Competed at the PSAC Championships and scored in four events, including top-eight finishes in the 100 Free (7th - 46.00) and the 50 Free (8th - 20.95) (2/15)
2021-22: Made his collegiate debut with a command performance at the Clarion Fall Invite, contributing 74 total team points at the event (10/17)... included in that weekend was a second-place finish in the 200 IM, two fourth-place finishes and three fifth-place finishes... placed third in the 200 Free and fifth in the 100 Free in a dual win over Bloomsburg (11/12)... finished 19th with a personal best in the 100 Free at the Zippy Invite (12/3)... placed third in the 200 Free at the PSAC Championships (2/16-19).
High School: Swam the 50, 100, 200 and 500 Free, as well as the 100 Fly and the 200 IM... part of two record-breaking relay teams, the 200 Free Relay and the 400 Free Relay... High School All-American.
Personal: Full name is Austin John Prokopec... Environmental Biology major... son of Scott and Paula Prokopec... has four brothers: Brennan, Josh, and Jordan Prokopec, and Anthony Petrarca... Nutrition & Fitness major.
