2023
  • Started and played in all 11 games over the course of the season
  • Made 23 total tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks along the defensive line
  • Recorded four tackles and 1.5 sacks against Lock Haven (9/16)
  • Had a season-high five tackles against California (PA) (9/30)

2022
  • Assumed a key role in the defensive line rotation, playing extensively on the interior
  • Played in all 11 games as a redshirt sophomore
  • Finished the year with 14 tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss
  • Made three tackles and 1.0 TFL against West Liberty (9/1)
  • Posted a season-high eight tackles, as well as 0.5 TFL, against Mercyhurst (10/15)

2021 
  • Played in nine games 
  • Made collegiate debut against Lake Erie (9/4) and recorded two tackles 
  • Had 12 tackles on the season with a pass breakup

2019: Did not compete.

High School: Two-sport athlete that lettered in football and track & field... two-time first team all-conference selection on both offensive and defensive lines... two-time all-region selection on both offense and defense... two-time All-NOVA selection... voted 2018 Defensive Player of the Year.

Personal: Economics major... son of Henock Ferede and Misrak Merid... has a brother Zeammanuel, and a sister Beraya.
