2022-23

• NCAA qualifier for the first time in his collegiate career, competing in the 200 IM and the 100 Fly
• Earned NCAA All-America Honorable Mention honors in the 100 Fly, breaking his own program record with a time of 47.51 to place 14th. (3/9)
• Broke his own program record in the 200 IM with a time of 1:48.67 at the NCAA Championships (3/10)
• Won his third straight conference championship in the 200 IM, pacing the field in York with a time of 1:49.21 (2/15)
• Part of the 800 Free Relay team that won a PSAC Championship on the opening day of the Championships (2/15)
• Also won a PSAC Championship in the 100 Fly, finishing in 48.52 in the finals (2/16)
• Hit a trio of NCAA B cuts at the Zippy Invitational, including the 200 Free (1:39.74), the 200 Fly (1:48.81) and the 200 IM (1:49.08) (12/4)

2021-22: CoSIDA Academic All-District At-Large selection for the first time in his career... CSCAA Scholar All-America Second Team... won his fourth career conference championship, taking home the title in the 200 IM (2/16)... part of five school record performances over the year, breaking three individual records himself and teaming up for two relay records... hit three NCAA B cuts over the course of the year and was an alternate for the NCAA Division II Swimming & Diving Championships ... broke the program record in the 100 Fly with a time of 48.45 in the finals at the Zippy Invite, which was also an NCAA B Cut (12/3)... also broke the record in the 200 Fly at the same meet, with a time of 1:48.04, for a B cut (12/4)... shattered his previous season-best with a school record and B cut in the 200 IM at the Zippy Invite (12/4).

Spring 2021: Named the PSAC Championships Men's Swimmer of the Meet after winning three individual events at the meet... claimed PSAC championships in the 100 Fly, 200 Fly and 200 IM (4/22)... broke his own program record in the 100 Fly at the PSAC Championships, touching the wall in 48.98 to pace the field (4/22)... also took fourth place in the 100 Free at the PSAC Championships (4/22)... won the 200 Fly at the PSAC Invitational (2/27).

2019-20: 2020 PSAC Freshman of the Year... CSCAA Scholar All American Honorable Mention... finished 2nd in the 200 IM at the PSAC Championships (2/19) and 6th in the 200 Fly... Scored the most points out of any freshman at the conference meet... Broke a 20 year program record in the 100 Fly, a record that dated back to the 1995 season

High School: Member of two National Catholic Championship teams, as well as two Inter AC Championship teams... earned all-conference honors... voted Team MVP... earned first and second honors academically.

Personal: Full name is Connor John Cary... Finance major with a minor in Coaching... son of Cecelia and Kevin Cary... has two brothers, Chris and Kevin, and a sister, Courtney.
