Clarion Athletics

2021-22: Part of a school record in the 400 Medley Relay, teaming with Nick Soares, David Bocci and Connor Cary to hit a time of 3:20.74 at the Zippy Invite (12/4)... contributed 22 team points at the PSAC Championships (2/16-19)... posted a top-eight finish in the 100 Breaststroke at the PSAC Championships, placing seventh with a season-best time of 58.06 (2/16)... helped team to a dual win over IUP with a second-place finish in the 100 Breaststroke (12/11)... took second in the 200 IM against Edinboro (1/28). 

Spring 2021: Did not compete.

2019-20: Took home a 4th place finish in the 200 Breaststroke (Personal Best) at the PSAC Championships (2/19)... finished 6th in the 100 Breaststroke (PB) and a 7th place finish in the 400 IM a the PSAC Championships.

High School: Helped the Cougars to a Wyoming Conference championship... four-time school record holder.

Personal: Full name is Paul Eric Flowers... Nutrition and Fitness major... son of Anne Flowers... has a sister, Maria.
