2020-21: 2020-21 Cross Country - Returned to cross country action by placing seventh at the LHU Winter Classic with a time of 19:03.9, her best career 5K time (2/27)... finished ninth in the Cal U Invitational (3/6)... placed 43rd overall at the PSAC Championships (3/20).
2021 Outdoor Season - USTFCCCA All-Region honoree in the 3000m Steeplechase... qualified for the PSAC Outdoor Championships in both the 3000m Steeplechase and the 5000m... placed 16th in the 5000m at the IUP Invitational (4/11)... won the 3000m Steeplechase at the Bill Lennox Invitational (4/15-16)... took second in the 5000m at the SRU Invitational with a time of 19:03.43 (4/22)... won the Mile at the LHU Qualifier with the best time of her career, crossing the line in 5:25.05 (5/1)... fourth-place finish in the 3000m Steeplechase at the PSAC Outdoor Championships with a PR of 11:39.51 (5/6-8)... also scored points at the PSAC Outdoor Championships in the 5000m, taking seventh with a PR of 18:34.09 (5/6-8).
2019-20: 2019 Cross Country - Enjoyed her best season to date... took fourth at the St. Vincent Invitational with a time of 20:23.0 in the 5K (9/14)... PR'ed in a 5K race at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational with a time of 19:55.4, taking 17th (10/12)... posted her best-to-date finish at PSAC Championships, finishing in 23:37.3 for 26th place (10/25).
2019-20 Indoor - Posted two top finishes at the Al Hall Freedom Games, taking seventh in the mile with a PR of 5:34.93 and helping the DMR team to a second-place finish (1/25)... PR'ed in the 800m at the Mount Union Wuske Invitational, taking first with a 2:35.08 (2/8)... part of the winning DMR team at that same meet (2/8)... qualified for the 5000m at PSAC Championships and PR'ed there, taking 11th with a time of 18:56.29 (2/29 - 3/1).
2018-19: 2018 Cross Country - Helped team ranked as high as 10th in the NCAA Atlantic Region and an 11th-place finish at PSAC Championships... finished the 6K in a season-best 24.32.8 at the LHU Invitational/Open (9/22)... crossed the line at PSAC Championships with a time of 26:57.1 (11/3).
2018-19 Indoor - opened the season at the Youngstown State Invite with a 14th-place finish in the 3000 (12/7)... helped the DMR team take third at the Al Hall Freedom Games with a time of 14:39.86 (1/26)... part of two top-eight finishing relay teams at the Dragon Grand Prix, including a third-place finish by the DMR team at 14:15.62 and a seventh-place finish for the 4x400 team at 4:55.75 (2/9)... part of the scoring DMR team at PSAC Championships with a time of 13:03.10 (2/23).
2019 Outdoor - PR'ed in the 3000m Steeplechase with a time of 12:04.07, taking fifth at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/29-30)... PR'ed in the 800m at the Dave Labor Invitational (4/6)... qualified for the PSAC Championships, taking 13th in the 3000m Steeplechase and running on the 4x800m Relay team (5/9-11).
2017-18: 2017 Cross Country - Made her collegiate debut at Westminster with a seventh-place finish (9/1)...finished in 25:49.2 at the PSAC championships (10/21)... set a 6K PR of 23:15.1 at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional (11/4).Â
2017-18 Indoor - Made her collegiate track debut with a four-place finish in the 3000m at the Youngstown State Icebreaker (12/1)... set a PR in the 3000m at the Kent State Tune-Up with a 11:19.09 (2/17).
2018 Outdoor - Took eighth in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Westminster Invitational (4/14)... placed third in the 3000m Steeplechase at the SRU Open with a time of 12:23.15 (4/19)... qualified for PSAC Championships and placed 17th in the 3000m Steeplechase.
High School: Earned four letters each in cross country, winter track and spring track... helped Ephrata to a 2014 Section I championshp in cross country, and three Section II team championships in track & field (2014-15, 2017)... helped set school record in 4x800m Relay (9:34.32)... A. Landis Brackbill Award for Academic/Athletic Achievement.
Personal: Speech Pathology major... member of National Student Speech Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA)... daughter of Karen and Tom Schaller... has a brother Zachary... three-time Clarion Scholar-Athlete.
