Marcie Fyock

Marcie B. Fyock is in her 10th year as an assistant athletic trainer at Clarion University while also serving as the coordinator of the CAATE accredited Athletic Training Distance Education program.

In her role as Assistant Athletic Trainer, Marcie works closely with all Clarion University student-athletes and athletic teams to provide proper medical coverage and care while working primarily with the women's volleyball, men's and women's basketball and softball teams. She also serves as the insurance coordinator for all student-athletes at Clarion University. She is also the Evaluation Chairperson in the Department of Student and University affairs.

As the coordinator of the CAATE accredited Athletic Training Distance Education program, Marcie coordinates all aspects of the distance education program while also serving as an instructor.

A native of Meadville, Marcie is an 1995 graduate of Meadville High School. She went on to receiver a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Slippery Rock University in 1999 and earned a Master's Degree in Exercise Science from Syracuse University in 2001.

Prior to joining Clarion's staff in 2001, Marcie was a Certified Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Syracuse University from 1999 through 2001 working with women's volleyball, women's field hockey and men's and women's basketball.

Marcie is a member of National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) and resides in Clarion.
