Biography
2024-25
- At the PSAC Championships (2/17) set a season best in the 200 Fly with a time of 2:15.56 and finishing in 18th place, and recorded personal bests in the 200 IM (2:10.83) and 400 IM (4:38.25) finishing in 14th and 5th place respectively
- Recorded a personal best time at the PSAC Championships (2/17) in the 100 Free prelims touching the wall in 54.08 placing 32nd
- Set a personal best time of 1:59.30 in the 200 Free at the Pennwest Duals
- Asa part of the 200 FR, donned a personal best in the 50 Free as the lead off with a time of 24.72
2023-24
- Competed in four events at the PSAC Championships scoring 46 points for the team
- 7th place finish in the 400 IM with a time of 4:42.19 and a personal best time of 2:14.80 in the 200 Fly at the PSAC Championships
- First place finish in the 500 Free in the meet vs Allegheny
- Second place finish in the 200 Fly at the PennWest Duals with a time of 2:21.70
High School
- Helped South Fayette to back-to-back section championships in 2022-23
- 2023 WPIAL qualifier
- Academic honors all four years

- Full name is Sarah Irene Grimenstein
- Exercise Science major with a concentration in Nutrition & Fitness
- Daughter of Tevia and Dr. Edward Grimenstein
- Has four brothers: Michael, Joshua, Daniel and Nathan
- Also has three sisters: Lydia, Anna and Rachel
- Brother Michael is currently on the rowing team at the US Naval Academy, and sister Anna is a Westminster swimming alumna
