Hannah Kercher was named the head coach of the Golden Eagle tennis team in January 2023. She had previously served as the program's assistant coach, dating back to the 2021-22 tennis season, and enters her first full season as head coach in 2023-24.
As the Golden Eagles' assistant coach, Kercher assisted in drill work both during the offseason as well as throughout the year. She was also essential in helping the Golden Eagles develop in the mental aspects of the game, including developing strategy and mindset. Before coming to Clarion, Kercher was the assistant tennis coach at Eastern Lebanon County high school from 2015-21.
Kercher graduated from Drexel with a Bachelor's of Arts and Sciences in 2019, with a concentration in Anthropology and a minor in Sociology. She has served as PennWest Clarion's Assistant Director of Residence Life and Administrative Hearing Officer since August 2021.
