2019 Indoor: Placed 3rd in the DMR at Dragon Grand Prix (2/9).

2015-16 Outdoor:  Set a personal best in the 1500M at the Coach O Coastal Carolina Invite with a time of 5:33.55...Set a personal best in the 5000M at the Cal U Early Bird with a time of 21.03...Set a career best in the 3000M steeplechase at the Westminster Invite with a time of 13:05.17. 

2015-16 Indoor:  Set a career best in the 600M at the SPIRE Midwest Invite with a time 1:55.69...Set a career best in the 800M at the Edinboro Invite with a time of 2:40.14.
