2015-16 Outdoor: Set a personal best in the 400M at the Cal U Early Bird with a time of 1:04...Set a personal best in the 800M at the Coastal Carolina Invite with a time of 2:22.33.

2015-16 Indoor:  Set a personal best in the 600M at the SPIRE Midwest Indoor T&F Invite with a time of 1:50.69. 

2014-15 Outdoor:  Ran a seaon-best 1:05.70 in the 400M at the Dave Labor Invite. 

2014-15 Indoor:  Ran a career-best in the mile at the YSU Icebreaker with a time 6:05.03...Ran a career best 13:13.52 in the 3000M at the YSU Icebreaker. 

2013-14 Outdoor:  Set a career best in the 200M at the Westminster Invite with a time of 30.07. 

2013-14 Indoor: Ran a season best 1:06.26 in the 400M at the SPIRE Midwest T&F Invite.
